What We OfferYou'll find everything you expect from a modern hostel here at 'Phoenix'. We have 3 comfortable dormitory rooms with 4, 5 and 7 beds. 3 shower rooms, constant hot water and full central heating. The 4 bed room can also be booked as a private twin bedded room. A welcome drink for everyone and a good breakfast is included. Help yourself to tea, coffee and mineral water free of charge. Other meals are available on request. When you arrive we make your bed for you with freshly laundered and ironed sheets and give you a clean towel.
Every guest has an under-bed locker and we have a safe for documents and small valuables. We also have secure baggage storage and a garage where you can keep your bike, motorbike, canoe, snowboard or unicycle. We have a large, well equiped communal kitchen. Free to use spice shelf and recycling facilities. Interesting common rooms with games and a book exchange and no TV. Our lovely balcony has views towards the city. There's an information corner, free internet access & WiFi and we can keep you up-to-date with all that's happening in the area. We offer free pick-up from the bus or train when you arrive in Veliko Tarnovo. You can come and go whenever you want - Phoenix is open all day, every day of the year and one of us is available at all times. We can offer local trips and help you find the things of interest to you. We can even wash your clothes. If you want to iron them too, we can provide the means for you to do it.
